O’Higgins Preview
After falling just one point short of international competition last campaign, O’Higgins got off to a good start in the current championship with a win over newly promoted Magallanes.
Under the command of Pablo de Muner, the team from Rancagua managed to get a good result despite giving the ball to its rival throughout the match, as it was reflected in the 61-39 ball possession. That is something the team will surely repeat this coming Sunday when they face Colo Colo, the reigning champion and main favorite to get the title.
Yet, O’Higgins is not an easy opponent when it is playing at home. Last campaign, the team was the sixth-best team in the tournament playing at home with 30 points in 15 games, scoring 22 goals and conceding just 12.

For this matchday 2, the challenge looks a little more complicated. O’Higgins is always strong at home, but Colo Colo was the best team playing away from home last year, registering 26 points in 15 games played.
