The undefeated undisputed heavyweight champion of the world is coming off a split decision win in a rematch against Anthony Joshua in August of 2022. However, many believe that that fight was way more in favor of Usyk than what the close decision suggests. In any case, Usyk is still the owner of the IBF, IBO, WBA ‘Super’, and WBO heavyweight belts, which he will all put on the line against Dubois.
Usyk is not really known for his power even though 13 of his 20 victories were via knockouts. Instead, he is revered more for his skills, quick hands, and lateral abilities. He is also a cerebral fighter who will think of a way to dominate his opponent. Usyk’;s two back-to-back wins against Joshua can tell a lot about how the Ukrainian champion’s overall skill inside the ring can solve even the most powerful of punchers.

Although he is scheduled to appear in a heavyweight title fight, Dubois remains a relative unknown to most casual boxing fans. But he also knows that all it takes for him to gain the fame (and the belts) he so desires could be one clean punch. Dubois is clearly a dangerous puncher. Of his 19 wins, only one was able to finish the bout.
