Among the 214 nominations and the 33 categories in which they are divided, Karol G and J Balvin are positioned as the favorites, as each of these two artists has 12 nominations in this edition of the Premios Juventud. This was unsurprising given that the artists are at the peak of their careers and only seem to be getting better.
Other artists with the most nominations include Rauw Alejandro with 9, Farruko with 8, Camilo, Ángela Aguilar and Grupo Firme with 7 nominations each, Rosalía, Maluma, Christian Nodal, Anitta and el Alfa with 6 nominations each.
The following artists are also among the nominees:
- Duki

- Evaluna
- Sebastián Yatra
- Bad Bunny

There is also a significant Spanish quota with the aforementioned Rosalía and also artists Lola Indigo, Bad Gyal, Ptazeta and the Argentinean who now lives in Spain, Nathy Peluso, remembered for her live session with Bizarrap.
Rauw Alejandro is third with 9 nominations in 2022 Premios Juventud
Regarding possible strife within the event, we’re looking forward to the reunion of Colombian Karol G and Puerto Rican Anuel AA, if both decide to attend the event. This adds to speculations that La Bichota is now allegedly dating Colombian urban music star Feid. Although nothing has been confirmed, the whole situation adds to the event’s intrigue.
J Balvin, an urban music singer, will be one of the musicians in charge of providing a show at the 2022 Premios Juventud celebration, as well as being recognized for the work that the artist has done in terms of the overall issue in favor of mental health, based on the singer’s own experience.
In addition to Balvin’s performance, other artists invited to the stage to delight attendees and viewers include Farina, Farruko, Daddy Yankee and Feid, who will be making his debut on this stage.
