The 2022 NBA Finals continue this Monday with the fifth game of a series that, as expected, has been very even and that has the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics tied at two wins apiece.

When the series seemed to get too complicated for Steve Kerr and the Warriors, the quality of Stephen Curry had to come out to put his team back in contention with a spectacular Friday night scoring 43 points.
Despite playing with a sore ankle, Curry seemed determined not to throw in the towel so quickly, and now they’re returning home, where they’ve won 10 of 11 games this postseason, to try to go up in a series that has been super partner.
The key for the Warriors in this commitment number five, in addition to Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins that continue to accompany Curry in the attack, is to leave the Celtics below 100 points again. In both series wins, Golden State has allowed less than a hundred runs and if Draymond Green can come back from a fairly poor performance, things could look very good for the team.

Despite missing a golden opportunity to practically sentence the 2022 NBA Finals in front of their fans, Friday’s defeat should not be any impediment for the Celtics to come down, since throughout the entire postseason they have known how to deal with this situation.
However, they will have to try to fix some inconsistency problems in their performance, especially when we take into account that after scoring more than 40 points in the fourth quarter of the third game, on Friday they barely managed to get 19 points in the last period of the commitment.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown shine again for Boston, but this team doesn’t finish closing games well. A problem that was presented throughout the entire campaign and that they must improve if they want to surprise against a team with a lot of experience like the Warriors.
