After losing a close one in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks, the Lions rebounded right away and trounced the Atlanta Falcons at home last Sunday, 20-6. Everyone knows the Lions can put up a lot of points on the board, so it was Detroit’s defense that surprised many in Week 3, particularly the team’s pass rush.
Detroit recorded seven sacks against the Falcons. That aspect of the Lions’ defense will be crucial against the Packers at Lambeau Field in Week 4. Speaking of which, the Lions have covered the spread in four of their last six trips to Green Bay, dating back to 2017.
