Betting on the Xavier Musketeers

Xavier just suffered an upset loss to the Butler Bulldogs last Friday on the road, 69-67, so the Musketeers must be rating to get back on the court and score a big win to soften the impact of that setback on their March Madness resume.
The Musketeers remain a very good team despite that loss to Butler. Xavier keeps an 11-3 record in Big East play – second in the conference – and has won five of eight games in true road games so far this season. Moreover, the Musketeers have a 4-3 straight-up slate versus teams in the AP Top 25, and that includes their 80-76 home win over then-No. 25 Marquette last January, 80-76.

Betting on the Marquette Golden Eagles

Marquette recovered from an 87-72 road loss to the UConn Huskies by taking down the Georgetown Hoyas, also away from home, last Saturday, 89-75. Marquette has lost just once in 14 home games so far this season and is undefeated as the home team in games against a Big East opponent.
