Picks for Matchday 11 of Liga MX – Analysis

.- Puebla has managed to score in three of its four home games in this Apertura 2022, and in three of them it managed to score before halftime. Meanwhile, Juarez is the side with the fewest goals this season, but has scored in four of its last five games. It has, however, never scored in the first half.

.- America has woken up and got its league campaign back on track. Their last three away games saw them win and be dominant in not allowing goals, and they also averaged seven corner kicks per game. In addition, Mazatlan has allowed six or more corner kicks in their last three Liga MX matches.

.- Pizarro has been a key player in the Tigres’ midfield in three of the five home games in this tournament. In addition, they will be playing against a Necaxa team that has given Tigres possession in their last few visits to the Universitario Stadium, so Pizarro will surely be in charge of distributing a lot of passes.

.- Julio González had a lot of work to do in his last performance, as he had to save five shots to prevent Pumas’ 5-1 drubbing against Santos from being much worse. This time, they face the club with the second-fewest goals scored in this Apertura 2022, and we believe they may have their work cut out for them, but not as much as in their last performance. In addition, “Chivas” average just 4.1 shots on goal in their home matches this season.

.- Leon hasn’t been particularly dominant when playing at home in this tournament, exceeding 50% possession in only three out of four matches. However, they will face an Atlas team that is not going through a good moment when playing away from home, so much so that they have not won an away game yet. In this way, we believe that the “Fiera” has a chance to dominate during the match, although not by a very wide margin.
