2. Indigenous Peoples Day Cultural Celebration in Las Vegas.
This year 2022 Las Vegas will host the 3rd Annual Indigenous Peoples Day Cultural Celebration. This is Saturday, October 8, 2022, and it will be an unforgettable commemoration.
The World Council of Indigenous Peoples meets every 4 years and since 1977 has accepted as the name of the continent “Abya Yala”, from the Kuna language spoken by the original people of the same name, inhabitants of Colombia and Panama.

This special event pays tribute to and celebrates the indigenous cultures in ‘the land of southern Paiute’. There will be free art workshops, sales of crafts and other local products, delicious vegan food, live performances and much more.
Indigenous Peoples Day replaced Columbus Day here in our County. It is still a long work in progress to reject colonial systems and build a community connected to the land through collective efforts.

You can have fun with a particular celebration of Dia de la Raza in Las Vegas, enjoying the “sexiest” show presented in the city of sin: Rouge Las Vegas.
This was by the far one of the best shows I’ve seen in Vegas and I’ve been to many different shows. It’s unique, funny and the acrobatic is amazing! I would highly recommend this show!!!! At the end you were able to take pictures with the stars which was a huge plus!!!!
