What could have been Golden State’s series-clinching game ended up being a rout of 134-95 during the fifth game of the Western Semifinal: Warriors vs Grizzlies was the main event of the night, with the team led by Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymong Green being thoroughly humiliated.
Despite the Ja Morant’s absence in Memphis, Golden State was virtually non-existent on the court at the FedEx Forum and missed a great opportunity to end a series that could get very complicated, especially after Wednesday’s dismal performance.

In addition to failing to reach the conference finals in one fell swoop, the Golden State Warriors’ night ended up as one of the worst in their history. Something extremely serious if we take into account that this team is called to be one of the favorites to fight for the championship this season.
While it was a bad night overall, they were able to outscore the Grizzlies 28-15 in the fourth quarter to bridge the distance and make up a score that puts them in fifth place in team postseason history.
Meanwhile, the sixth game of this spectacular series is scheduled to take place this Friday, May 13 at the Chase Center, home of Golden State, at 10 p.m. E.T.
