Betting on the Toronto Blue Jays (+110)
The Blue Jays snapped a two-game losing streak after beating the Seattle Mariners, 4-3, on the road on Sunday to also avoid a series sweep. Jose Berrios will be on the mound for Toronto, which has gone 5-4 through nine games since the MLB All-Star break.
Berrios is winless in three starts this July, but he keeps an impressive 1.47 ERA thus far this month. He has also allowed no more than two earned runs and pitched for no fewer than 5.1 innings in four of his last five starts, dating back to June.
On offense, Toronto will lean on Whit Merrifield and Matt Chapman, as they hit .345 and .290 so far in the second half of the season, respectively.

Betting on the Los Angeles Dodgers (-130)
The Dodgers failed to complete a sweep of the Texas Rangers in a recent three-game series against the top team of the American League West division after suffering an 8-4 loss in Arlington on Sunday. That’s just the Dodgers’ third loss in the second half of the season, though. Looking to help the Dodgers get back on track this Monday is Michael Grove, who has gradually lowered his season ERA in each of his last five starts. Also, Grove has a 2-0 record with a 3.60 ERA in three starts so far in July.
Offensively, Mookie Betts and JD Martinez are two big weapons for the Dodgers versus Berrios. Betts is 7-for-16 in his career against Berrios while Martinez is 0pfor-26 in the same matchup.
