Max Muncy and Mookie Betts will have their eyes lighting up when they see Texas starter Andrew Heaney on the mound. Muncy is 5-for-10 with two RBIs and two walks in his career against Heaney, while Betts is 5-for-14 with two RBIs and three walks in the same matchup.

Heaney has been hot and cold over his last three stars – but mostly hot. He recovered right away, as pitched for 5.1 scoreless innings in a 2-0 win last Saturday at home against the Cleveland Guardians. Heaney enters Friday’s game against the Dodgers with a 4-3 record and a 4.75 ERA in 11 home starts this year.
Jonah Heim and Adolis Garcia could come up with great trips to the plate in this game, as they are hitting nicely so far this month.
