Betting on the Philadelphia 76ers

The 76ers are currently in third place in the Eastern Conference, just 3.0 games off the top spot, which is occupied by their rival, so they know they need a win to keep their hopes of reaching the top spot alive. The 76ers come here to finish a short three-game road trip in which they have won one and lost one.
That defeat came precisely in their previous game against the New York Knicks. They got off to a great start, winning the first half by 35-24, but they could not keep up the pace for long and ended up losing by 97-108. Joel Embiid was the best of the team, scoring 31 points, while James Harden registered 12 points and 12 assists.
Despite that last loss, the 76ers have performed very well in recent weeks. In fact, that was their fourth loss in 17 games played since the beginning of 2023, averaging 120.0 points scored per game.
Betting on the Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics are still the owners of the top spot in the East and the best record in the NBA. However, they have not been at their best in recent weeks, winning just three of their last seven games, in which their defense has greatly suffered.
Much of the Celtics’ success this campaign is due to the great duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who will come into this game averaging 30.9 and 27.0 points scored per game, respectively, and leading an offense that is the third best in the league with 117.7 points per game despite only shooting 47.3% from the field.
Returning home after a short visit to Detroit could be a nice boost to stay on the winning track, given that they have a 20-7 record at TD Garden and an average of 112.3 points allowed and 121.4 points scored per game.

The 76ers have had a great season, and while they have good numbers as visitors, things have not been easy for them at home, so they will have to work hard to beat a team like the Celtics, even more so after that performance they gave against the Knicks.
