Betting on the Milwaukee Bucks
- Regular Season Record: 58-24
Down a game again in the series, the Bucks need Giannis Antetokounmpo now more than ever before. So will the two-time league MVP play in Game 4 after missing the last two outings? His status for Game 4 is up in the air, as of this writing, but the Bucks still trust their depth even after a crushing 121-99 road loss to Miami.
Milwaukee’s shots weren’t falling for the most part of the night last Saturday, as the Bucks shot just 44.7 percent from the field, but they did get more attempts from the floor than Miami, 88-87. They also committed 18 turnovers, which were converted into 21 points by Miami. Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday each had five turnovers, so being a whole lot more careful with the leather is one of the top priorities for Milwaukee in the next game. Back in the regular season, the Bucks averaged just 14.6 turnovers per contest.
Betting on the Miami Heat
- Regular Season Record: 44-38
Jimmy Butler gave it his all in Game 3, leading the Heat with 30 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and a steal. He briefly left the game with a lower-body injury, but managed to return to the bench, a good sign for his availability in Game 4. That said, it’s best to monitor his status and check it out closer to tip-off on Monday.
The Heat must also love the production provided by the likes of Duncan Robinson and Caleb Martin off the bench, Robinson fired 20 points on the strength of 5/6 shooting from downtown, while Martin had 12 points along with 11 rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Martin’s rebounding was a huge reason for Miami’s success in Game 3 during which the Heat outrebounded the Bucks, 44-37. It’s all hands on deck for the Heat, who might have also just lost another depth guy, with Victor Oladipo going down with a knee injury last Saturday.
JefeBet Prediction
With or without the Greek Freak, the Bucks make sure they’re going to establish a stouter presence in the early goings of Game 4 to avoid a repeat of the blowout last Saturday. The Bucks blow out Miami.
Prediction: The Bucks win, 116-1102.
