The one thing to know about Alabama is that it is among the top teams in the nation. The Crimson Tide have a balanced game most other schools don’t have. They are inside the top 25 in Division I basketball in adjusted offensive and defensive efficiencies. Freshman 6-9 forward Brandon Miller has been a crucial piece for Alabama.
He is an efficient scorer who can score inside and outside in a consistent manner. He perfectly compliments junior guard Mark Sears, who is a pretty solid scorer as well. As a team, Alabama just shines on both ends of the floor, just as it did in its most recent outing on the road which was a 79-69 win in Baton Rouge last Saturday against the LSU Tigers.

Auburn fell short once again in its last game, as the Tigers lost to the Texas A&M Aggies on Tuesday, 83-78. The Tigers are now just 0-2 in their last two games and 1-4 in their last five. Their last two losses were both on the road, so perhaps a return back to Neville Arena will work wonders for Auburn, which still owns a stout defense.
On the season, Auburn is allowing only 93.4 points per 100 possessions adjusted which is ranked 16th overall in Division I basketball. Centers Dylan Cardwell and Johni Broome can get the job done in the paint defensively, as they’re boasting block rates of 11.6 and 10.6, respectively. Auburn is 5-1 ATS in its last six games.
