The Commanders face a difficult game after demonstrating against the Eagles that their offense can be easily stopped by a good defense, like the Cowboys’.
Carson Wentz had no answer against Philadelphia as he totaled 211 yards with no touchdown passes. Washington did, in fact, reach the coveted area in the fourth quarter on a touchdown run by Antonio Gibson. The Commanders totaled just 240 total yards and will now face an inspired Dallas team.
On the defensive side of the ball, things haven’t gone very well for Ron Rivera’s team either. In each of their games they have conceded 22 points or more, and against the Eagles they allowed 400 total yards without forcing any turnovers. Dallas’ offense is not as dangerous as Philadelphia’s, but if they don’t get better pressure on the opposing quarterback, they will have a tough time.

They must now face the Commanders, who are at the bottom of the group and looked very vulnerable against the Eagles. Cooper Rush and company should take advantage of it, considering that offense is not the team’s most powerful weapon at the moment. Although they totaled 391 total yards against New York, they scored just six points in the first half.
However, the defense has been quite powerful. They haven’t allowed more than 19 points in any of the games played and against the Giants they only conceded 336 total yards. With their five sacks of Daniel Jones, they lead the entire league with 13.0 in this statistic, while Washington’s offensive line has allowed the most sacks this year with 15.
