Betting on the TCU Horned Frogs
The TCU Horned Frogs’ season is noteworthy since they are one of four undefeated teams this season. They’ll certainly be seeking to maintain that status when they pay a visit to a strong opponent.
However, TCU will be unconcerned given their record this season, having faced other members of the AP top 25 rankings four times and winning each time. Only two of those wins, though, happened by more than one possession difference.
Betting on the Texas Longhorns
Unlike its opponent, Texas has been in and out of the AP top 25 in certain weeks, but seems to have settled in and managed to pull out a 34-27 win over another top member, Kansas State, which helped it bounce back from a 41-34 loss in its previous game.
One thing to take into account is that the Longhorns haven’t been superior regarding possession in either of their last two games, but they still managed to surpass 300 total yards in both, so they will surely look to cause damage through explosive sequences.
JefeBet Prediction
This will possibly be the most important clash of the day, and has all the necessary features to make it a high-scoring affair, as both teams have very good offenses, which they tend to rely on as their main weapon instead of defense.
The Texas Longhorns have topped the 30-point mark in six of their last seven games this season, and allowed more than 20 points in each of the last three. That could be an issue when hosting a TCU team that is averaging 43.1 points per game this NCAAF season, but hasn’t allowed fewer than 20 points in any of its last seven games.
Prediction: Over (TCU 34 – TEX 35)
