The Browns’ season could be decided as early as Sunday against the Dolphins, who are currently occupying one of the AFC Wild Card spots, two and a half games ahead of Cleveland.
Rested and hoping to have Deshaun Watson back in the next few weeks, the Browns will have to rely on their good ground attack to have any chance in Miami. Moreover, they are also first in net yards per pass average with 7.8 andsecond in average yards per play with 6.3. Additionally, Tyreek Hill is already producing by leading the circuit in receptions (76), receiving yards (1,104) and average yards per game (122.7).
That offensive production has been more than necessary to offset a defensive performance that has been below expectations. Miami is the fifth-highest receiving team with 224 points, while allowing 6.7 net yards per pass, the sixth-highest figure in the league, and its seven fumble recoveries is the second-lowest figure along with two other teams.
