The Green Bay Packers’ 2022 season is proving to be quite complicated and one might even say a disaster of late. The team has three wins and five losses, but what may surprise us the most is that it currently has four losses in a row: to the New York Giants by 22-27, New York Jets by 10-27, Washington Commanders by 23-21 and Buffalo Bills by 27-17.
Those records have them in third place in the NFC North, where they are the team with the fewest points scored so far (145). The Packers have chosen to depend on their rushing game in offensive series, but it does not appear to be working. Moreover, both Aaron Rodgers and everyone responsible for their passing game continue to fall short.

You probably won’t see much difference in the performance of the two teams if you just look at the results, but the Detroit Lions have made many defensive mistakes and that is the main reason why they have only been able to win one of their seven games played so far in the 2022 season.
The only win they got was against the Washington Commanders by a score of 36-27, coming after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2 by a score of 38-35. The victory was only a brief peak in their season, as they now go into this match on a run of five consecutive defeats. The Lions offense with Jared Goff has been sort of disappointing, having inconsistencies off and on.

Much is still expected from the Packers’ offense, specifically from their quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, who has had many inaccuracies, some of which have translated into the team’s inconsistency.
