After a shaky 2021, Drew Dober will be looking to finish this season on a high note, coming off back-to-back fight wins. The Elevation Fight Team fighter knocked out Rafael Alves in his last outing at UFC 277, earning him the bonus for best performance of the night.
A professional competitor since 2009, he joined the organization in 2014 but was never able to be consistent, which prevented him from ever getting a title shot. A jiujitsu and taekwondo specialist, Dober has won 18 of his 25 victories by fast-track.
Bobby Green
- Odds: +132
- Record: 29-13-1
- Age: 36
- Height: 1.78 m
- Weight: 70 kg
- Reach: 180 cm
Bobby Ray Green will try to put his knockout loss to Islam Makhachev in the UFC Vegas 49 main event to rest. That blow ended a two-fight winning streak. Shortly thereafter, he was suspended for six months for testing positive in an anti-doping test.
Nicknamed King, he is noted for his extensive experience in mixed martial arts, and will now look to prove that he can put all the bad stuff behind him and that he still has a lot to deliver at 36 years old. He began fighting in his home, California, in early 2008. He has been a UFC fighter for almost a decade, where he has never been able to reach the level expected to be in a title fight.
JefeBet Prediction
Dober has better credentials than his opponent in what for both is one of the last chances of their careers to advance in the organization. We believe that Dober will win convincingly against a Bobby Green, who will show a lot of wear and tear.
Prediction: Dober wins by submission.
