Aspinall is finally making his much-awaited return to action after his loss to Curtis Bleydes in July 2022. That’s also when he suffered a devastating knee injury that kept him out of action for a long time. But that injury is now behind him and he’s ready to go at it again.
Before that unfortunate experience in the Bleydes fight, Aspinall was riding an eight-fight win streak that saw him collect wins against the likes of Alexander Volkov, Andre Arlovski, and Serghei Spivac. Overall in his career, Aspinall has eight wins via knockouts and a 4-1 submission record. His only knockout loss was the one at the hands of Bleydes during a fight that lasted just 15 seconds and was stopped by the ref due to the aforementioned injury to Aspinall.

Tybura is starting to build his case again as a potential heavyweight title contender down the road. After losing to Alexander Volkov via unanimous decision in October 2021 at UFC 267: Blachowicz vs. Teixeira, Tybura racked up consecutive wins at the expense of Alexandr Romanov (majority decision) in August 2022 and Blagoy Ivanov (unanimous decision) in February 2023.
Tybura has won seven of his last eight fights, a stretch that also saw him come away with wins against the likes of Greg Hardy, Ben Rothwell, and Walt Harris.
