America was one of the standout teams in the Apertura Tournament. They finished in fourth place with 32 points in the season and battled until the end against the champion Millonarios for the top spot in Group B.

They will be facing none other than the defending champions, who clinched the title in a penalty shootout against Atlético Nacional.
The home team managed to grab three points in only one of their last six recent matches. However, they have an unbeaten record of 10 games at their stadium, with five wins and five draws.
It’s worth noting that in the last three home games of the Fuerza Tricolor, at least three goals were scored, just like in two of the last three away matches played by Millonarios outside of Bogota.

Atlético Nacional fell just short of glory in the Apertura 2023 and will seek revenge. They will face one of the weakest teams in Colombian football over the past year, a team that narrowly avoided finishing the domestic tournament in last place thanks to a final-day victory.
El Verde has only won one out of their last five games and has gone four matches without a victory in all competitions. However, Once Caldas’ current form is also far from impressive, having only celebrated two wins in their last eight home games.
