Betting on Croatia
After falling just short of its first World Cup after being eliminated in the semi-final of Qatar 2022, Croatia will begin its journey to a new European Championship this Saturday.
Zlatko Dalic’s team is the main favorite to take the first place in Group D, even though Wales and Turkey will surely put up a fight. However, both teams should succumb to the level of the Croatian team in the end.
While Dejan Lovren announced his retirement from the national team after the World Cup, Croatia has kept experienced players in its roster, such as captain Luka Modric and striker Ivan Perisic.
In recent years, both have been key players in a successful run that has included second place at Russia 2018, the Round of 16 at Euro 2020 and third place at Qatar 2022 after beating Morocco. Betting on Wales
A new era begins this Saturday in Welsh soccer, as for the first time in a long time it will have to face a play-off without the best player in the country’s history: Gareth Bale.
The star player announced his retirement from soccer at the end of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, a competition in which the European country finished last in Group B with only one point against England, the United States and Iran.
