A win on their part could see them finish this matchday even in tenth position if other results go their way; however, to do so, they will need to end a three-game winless streak, during which they lost twice.
Salernitana’s defense looked pretty bad in that period, allowing at least two goals in every game during that dark moment. This could be a problem not only because they will be facing a great rival, but also because this was something that persisted even in their most recent friendlies, allowing three goals in two different matches.
