It is important to remember that in the groups there should not be two teams from the same confederation, unless they are from UEFA since it is the only confederation that allows for two teams in the same group. This is so due to the number of places granted for the World Cup by the governing body of European football.
The Doha Convention and Exhibition Centre, which was inaugurated in 2011, will be the setting for the Qatar 2022 World Cup Draw. It is a building of 177,000 square meters and it has three floors, where seven exhibition pavilions are distributed, as well as conference rooms.
