To do so, they will have to play flawlessly, something head coach Pete Carroll knows how to do very well in primetime games. The head coach announced Geno Smith as his starting quarterback, but Drew Lock will be on the lookout for any call-up after losing a tough battle for the job during the preseason.
Smith led the Seahawks’ offense last season and will be aided by Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf, who will help to get through the air. However, Carroll has several problems, such as a rather poor offensive line and a defensive secondary that could have a tough time against elite QBs like Wilson.
