A native of Oklahoma, veteran Tim Means is coming off of a submission loss to Kevin Holland in the UFC Austin co-headliner four months ago. The loss ended a three-fight winning streak, and now the experienced fighter will try to get back on the winning track. The Dirty Bird, as he is nicknamed, is known for his strong striking, with 19 wins before going to the cards.
Means started in martial arts in 2004, but between 2005 and 2009 he had no activity in the octagon because he was in prison. Since his start, he has had a very good career without alterations, although he has never been able to compete for a title to date.
