The hope for them to finally get back on track this Friday largely lies on the shoulders of starter Seth Lugo, who will look to pick up a win in his third and final start of the month. Lugo has allowed four earned runs on 10 hits in 10 innings of two starts this June. Lugo is just 1-2 in five road starts this season, but he also has a 3.21 ERA in those contests. He seems to be more comfortable pitching away from Petco Park.

The Reds will have Graham Ashcraft on the mound later tonight. Ashcraft has gone winless in his last three starts with the Reds also losing in all of his last four appearances. However, the Reds have also scored at least six runs in two of his last three starts. Cincinnati’s offense has been fantastic this June, with 146 runs thus during the month – that’s second most in the big leagues, as of this writing.
