The Miami GP was one of the most anticipated events of this month, and it was not limited to motorsports fans. It had everything: adrenaline, suspense, and funny moments that went viral and are now part of the memes that circulate in social media.

The Miami GP entered the Formula 1 calendar this season and the winner was Red Bull’s Dutchman Max Verstappen, followed on the podium by Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.

But beyond the normal emotions that a Grand Prix generates, this event had a special touch to it –a unique touch even–, since it not only had the presence of motor racing fans, but also numerous figures from other sports, as well as singers, models, and other celebrities.

If good atmosphere reigns in Miami, this F1 event was no exception to the rule, and this allowed several actions to go viral.

Miami GP - Fans

One of the most viral moments at the Miami GP was the McLaren drivers, Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris, who appeared on the first day wearing an orange crop top as if it were their uniform.

A fake marina area was set up on the course, and a reporter did a story to show it, but no one imagined that he was going to dive in and pretend he was swimming.

Special Visits at the Miami GP

Another highlight was the appearance of singer Bad Bunny at the circuit, specifically with the Red Bull team, as he has a song on his new album in which he mentions the current F1 champion, Max Verstappen.

Lewis Hamilton also gave a lot to talk about at the GP of Miami. He revealed against the FIA about the new regulation that prevents drivers from wearing jewelry when they are behind the wheel, so he decided to show up in the paddock with all the jewelry he had in his luggage. Better dead than plain, right?

Another who wanted to stand out was the German driver Sebastian Vettel. He didn’t like the dress code suggested by the FIA, so he walked around the paddock in his underwear –unfortunately that didn’t work out for him in the race as he ended up dropping out.
