The Broncos are gaining some momentum and well-rested heading into Week 10’s showdown versus Buffalo. Russell Wilson and company are on a two-game win streak after defeating the Green Bay Packers at home in Week 7 (19-17) and scoring a huge upset victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 8 (24-9) before entering a bye in Week 9.
Denver’s defense has come a long way since getting lit up by the Miami Dolphins for 70 points back in Week 3. Over their last three games, the Broncos have allowed just an average of 15.0 points – the second-best in the NFL in that same span.
Betting on the Buffalo Bills (-7.5)
Regular season record: 5-4
The Bills are not looking right of late. They have not won consecutive games since Weeks 3 and 4. Buffalo has gone just 2-3 straight up in its last five games, including a 24-18 road loss to Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 9.
There is something wrong with the Bills, but it’s not too late for them to fix it. Perhaps a game against the Broncos, who are surging but are still far from being a legitimate Super Bowl contender, will get Josh Allen and the Bills back on track. As frustrating as it has been of late for the Bills, they still have not lost back-to-back games, so that’s one good sign for Buffalo for its Week 10 matchup against the Broncos.
