The Cowboys’ defense is something else. It is swallowing teams alive this season, with its latest victim being the New York Jets in a 30-10 home win in Week 2. Before that, the Cowboys absolutely destroyed the New York Jets in a 40-0 victory. That’s 10 points allowed through two games this season and only an average of 193.0 total yards surrendered over the same span.
The Cardinals must be sweating hard right now. But don’t sleep on the Cowboys’ offense either. Dallas is also No. 1 in the NFL at the moment with 70 total points. The Cowboys are having their way on both ends of the field and it doesn’t look like the winless Arizona side is the one that will give Dallas a reality check.

As mentioned earlier, the Cardinals remain winless. However, they have not been totally embarrassed in either of their first two games of the season. They lost to the Washington Commanders on the road in Week 1, 20-16, and then suffered a second-half collapse in a 31-28 defeat at the hands of the Giants in Week 2 at home. Those close losses suggest that Arizona is playing better than what its record says.
Cardinals quarterback Joshua Dobbs has been steady under center. He has passed for 360 yards and a touchdown with zero interceptions on a 68.9 percent completion rate so far in the season. Another Arizona player to watch out for is running back James Conner, who is coming off a solid performance versus the Giants, rushing for 106 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries.
