The Chiefs are coming off a nice rest, thanks to a bye in Week 10. Before that, Kansas City outclassed the Miami Dolphins in Germany in Week 9, 21-14. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the Chiefs’ win against the Fins was Kansas City holding the highest-scoring team in the NFL to only 14 points and just 3/12 on third downs.
That’s a strong message sent by Kansas City to the rest of the league. Then of course, there is also Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense which is eighth in the league overall with 368.7 total yards per contest.
