It’s still tough to say whether the Raiders are for real after seemingly turning things around at last. What’s undeniable is that they are undefeated in two games since Antonio Pierce got elevated into an interim head coach role following the dismissal of Josh McDaniels. They are now 2-0 under Pierce after beating the New York Giants (30-6) and the New York Jets (16-12) both at home in Weeks 9 and 10, respectively.
Las Vegas clearly likes the new atmosphere in the locker room now that McDaniels is gone and the team’s fondness for Pierce is translating into wins. Josh Jacobs is also rolling of late, as he rushed for 214 yards with two touchdowns in the last two games. Meanwhile, Las Vegas’ defense has been more impressive, having allowed just 18 points total in the last two outings.

Regular season record: 6-3
The Dolphins are looking to get back to their winning ways. In their most recent outing, the Fins absorbed a 21-14 loss in Germany to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9. Then they entered a bye in Week 10, which should have given them ample time to rest up their banged-up bodies after playing nine straight weeks.
A refreshed Miami squad will be on the field this coming Sunday, and that can be bad news for Las Vegas, which hasn’t really beaten a higher-tiered team so far in Pierce’s term as head coach. Even though the Dolphins have lost two of their last three games, they are a team with so much potential and talent. On the season, the Dolphins are No. 1 in the entire NFL with a scoring offense that is averaging 31.7 points per game.
