It might surprise people that the Steelers already have six wins through nine games this season. Pittsburgh isn’t a flashy team on the field, but it is apparently getting things done, including in Week 10’s 23-19 win at home over the Green Bay Packers. The Steelers’ defense is making a big difference for the team, as it’s allowed no more than 20 points in each of Pittsburgh’s last three outings.
The Steelers have an opportunistic defense that is recording 2.0 takeaways per game, the best mark in the NFL, so far this season. Cleveland knows all about that because it committed four turnovers in its 26-22 loss in Pittsburgh earlier this season.

The Browns also have six wins, and they had just defeated the top team in the AFC North division to get to that. In Week 10, Deshaun Watson and the Browns completed a come-from-behind effort to beat the Baltimore Ravens, 33-31. Watson went 20/34 for 213 passing yards and a touchdown with an interception, while running back Jerome Ford rushed for 107 yards on 17 carries.
While the Ravens scored 31 points, the Browns’ defense picked off Lamar Jackson twice and sacked him thrice. The Browns’ stop unit is a difference maker, as it is allowing only 18.9 points per game and 242.7 total yards per contest — sixth and first in the league overall, respectively.
