After enjoying a spectacular event last week at UFC 277, mixed martial arts returns to Las Vegas with another Saturday night of UFC Fight Night.

On this occasion we will be able to enjoy a couple of critical clashes between ranked competitors, as well as the two bouts that will determine the new members of the Ultimate Fighter winners list.

Betting Preview for UFC Fight Night Featuring Thiago Santos vs Jamahal Hill and Other Big Cards on August 6 2022

Thiago Santos (+220) vs Jamahal Hill (-260)

Light Heavyweight

Thiago Santos and Jamahal Hill square off at lightweight in what is expected to be the main event of UFC Fight Night on Saturday.

Santos is an experienced fighter who has already fought for the title at UFC 239 and is aiming to get back on track against Hill, especially because he hasn’t been the same in his last few fights since his knee was injured. For his part, Jamahal is one of the young athletes who has been making a lot of fuss in the UFC, and taking down Santos could be the tipping point for him to make the leap to the top of the division with his 10-1 record.

Writer’s prediction: Jamahal Hill.

Vicente Luque (-175) vs Geoff Neal (+150)

Welterweight

As part of one of the evening’s co-main event fights, Vicente Luque and Geoff Neal will square off in a bout that predicts plenty of punches and entertainment as both names are known for their willingness to go after their opponents and power when it comes to throwing punches.

Luque comes in as the favorite, as he is higher in the welterweight ranking and has always managed to score victories every time he is defeated, something that happened in his last fight last April. For his part, Neal earned a significant victory at UFC 269, and a victory this Saturday would move him significantly higher up the divisional rankings.

Writer’s prediction: Vicente Luque.

Mohammed Usman (+200) vs Zac Pauga (-250)

Heavyweight

The heavyweight final at UFC Fight Night will feature Mohammed Usman and Zac Pagua, names that project to have a battle with very different styles as the former has clear advantages in terms of size and pure physique, but Pauga is a more fluid and dynamic athlete.

Usman comes in on the heels of two hard-fought split decision victories that put his record at 8-2, while Pauga shows a 6-0 record after completing a dominant win in his last bout in the division.

Writer’s prediction: Zac Pauga.

Brogan Walker (+100) vs. Juliana Miller (-125)

Female Flyweight

Brogan Walker and Juliana Miller will headline this Saturday’s UFC Fight Night bout that leads to the sixth woman to win the Ultimate Fighter flyweight title.

Walker is coming off two tough fights in the quarterfinals and semifinals after overcoming an injury that looked like it would keep her out. Miller, on the other hand, had a smoother path to Saturday’s final and is the slight favorite.

Writer’s prediction: Brogan Walker.

Augusto Sakai (+180) vs Serghei Spivac (-210)

Heavyweight

In another very interesting heavyweight battle inside UFC Fight Night, Augusto Sakai and Serghei Spivac have a great opportunity to move up in the division and be taken into account for better fights in the coming months.

Sakai is not going through a good moment after losing three fights in a row, so he will have to appeal to his physique and fighting experience if he wants to beat Spivac, who in his last five fights has a 4-1 record.

Writer’s prediction: Augusto Sakai.

Ariane Lipski (-170) vs Priscila Cachoeria (+140)

Female Flyweight

The Brazilian duel at UFC Fight Night promises to be quite an entertaining show as both women are in very good shape and eager to continue proving that they are capable of moving up in the division.

Ariane Lipski won her last fight by unanimous decision to put her overall record at 14-7 and 2-3 inside the octagon, while Priscila Cachoeria won her February fight at Fight of the Night and in her last four fights overall has a 3-1 record.

Writer’s prediction: Ariane Lipski.
