A León fan got on public transportation and started singing at the top of his lungs a song encouraging his Liga MX team, but he ended up annoying everybody –and it did not have a nice ending at all.
On Saturday, July 9, León played a home game against Pumas, and a number of fans gathered at the stadium to watch the match. There is a video from that day, which shows an excited León fan on public transportation on his way to the stadium.
The video shows a young man wearing the jersey of León and chanting as he makes his way to the Nou Camp on the Optibús Transport, better known as the “Oruga” (caterpillar), in the city of León. The León fan begins to sing at a discreet volume, but gradually increases it, until a woman’s voice is heard asking for silence.
However, the woman did not ask him politely to shut up and that annoyed the boy who began to sing louder and louder.
But the León fan was not the only one upset, as the rest of the users became desperate because he did not keep quiet. One of the passengers dared to confront him, and they started to fight.

In the end, the León fan got off when the rest of the passengers asked him to leave. It is not known if the man made it to the stadium to watch his team’s game.
In that match on Day 2 of Apertura 2022, León managed to draw 3-3 against Pumas after being behind 0-3 and with a player down. So, we can assume that if the fan was able to witness the game on the field, he will surely be happy after the result and for having supported his team before the game started.
